Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not generally be granted in the following scenarios:

Change of mind / “buyer’s remorse”: If you no longer want the service, but it is working as intended.
Partial use of service: Use of the service during a billing cycle does not guarantee a pro-rated refund for the unused portion (unless explicitly agreed).

3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect depends on your payment provider/bank.

Refund Processing Time

  • After approval, we aim to issue the refund within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment method).
  • Please note: actual crediting to your account may take longer depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Discretion & Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject a refund request at our discretion, depending on the situation.
  • In special cases (e.g., major service outage, feature not working as promised), we may offer service credits or extended access instead of a cash refund.
