Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify prices or update payment terms at any time without prior notice. The current pricing will be visible at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued except in cases required by applicable laws.
Third-Party Integrations
The Hostaway Connector plugin relies on integration with the Hostaway API. We are not liable for any service disruption, changes, or technical issues resulting from modifications or downtime of Hostaway’s platform or other third-party services that may be used in conjunction with our plugin.
API Usage and Data Protection
You agree to safeguard your Hostaway API key, use the API only as intended by Hostaway, and comply with all relevant data protection laws. Misuse of API credentials, exceeding rate limits, or using the API for unauthorized or competing services is strictly prohibited. The API is provided “as-is” and without any warranties from Hostaway or 610 Web Lab.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease using the plugin and delete any related files and data from your systems. Certain provisions, such as limitation of liability and governing law, remain effective even after termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India (or use your relevant jurisdiction), and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
