Our goal is for every Henschel hat to fit and feel right. If it doesn’t, we’ll help make it right.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery by clicking the “START A RETURN / EXCHANGE” button above to begin the process.
Sizing Guidance
Because proper hat sizing is important for comfort and performance, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order to help ensure the best fit.
Return & Exchange Fee
A flat $10 prepaid label fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned new, unworn, and in original packaging
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your replacement hat will be shipped.
If the exchanged item is still not suitable, it may be returned for a refund, but additional exchanges are not allowed.
Returning an Item After an Exchange
If you exchanged an item and wish to return the replacement hat, you may do so within 15 days of receiving the exchanged item.
The standard $10 return label fee applies.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Accessories are non-refundable, including (but not limited to) hat resizers and chincords
Please include the Henschel Hats Returns Form sent with your order (or a copy of your invoice) along with a short note explaining your request. Include your name, address, and telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed after November 15 may be returned until January 15 at 11:59 PM, even if outside the standard 30-day window.
Customer Service & Processing
Delays
Customer service and returns processing will be temporarily unavailable during:
June 30 – July 10
December 22 – January 1
Orders and returns may still be submitted during these periods, but shipments and refunds will be processed once operations resume.
